Our organizational culture has an incorporated philosophy of being a socially responsible company in every negotiation and project, with a clear commitment to nature and the community.

Following the SDGs guidelines (Sustainable Development Goals) and our company values, we carry out various programs throughout the year with different communities surrounding the mines in which we have operating contracts. We carry out said projects with the support of the Alma Foundation and a team of collaborators who are in charge of the logistics and fulfillment of each goal.
