Policy against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism
BYB GOLD SILVER SAS, as a demonstration of its commitment to compliance standards and good corporate administration practices, has a Code of Ethics in which its values and social commitment are established, within the framework of a transparent, honest and responsible behavior in the exercise of its corporate purpose. In this sense, this Code of Ethics is established in the high-level standard of the Organization as a framework for the achievement of its strategic objectives, the interrelationship of all its collaborators and the relationship with all its stakeholders.
BYB GOLD SILVER SAS, as a specific expression of its commitment to good administration and compliance with legal and regulatory provisions, adopts within its corporate policies a commitment to the precaution of risks of money laundering, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Under the programmatic lines incorporated in this Policy, each and every one of the acts developed under the strategic framework of the Organization are rigorously adjusted to the standards, laws and regulations applicable to this field.

Transparency and Corporate Ethics Program
In order to materialize the good corporate practices and compliance policies signed by BYB GOLD SILVER S.A.S., the Organization is oriented to the efficient control of the risks derived from money laundering and terrorist financing in the development of its corporate purpose. For the complete compliance of this purpose, we have adopted the SAGRILAFT Manual, which meets the requirements of the highest standards established in the matter, as well as national regulations. Within the Manual, we detail each of the elements and structural phases of SAGRILAFT, specifying the stages, methodology, controls, and procedures aimed at preventing risks in terms of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Taking into account the international projection of BYB GOLD SILVER S.A.S. linked to the achievement of its strategic objectives, the Organization has set in motion its Transparency and Corporate Ethics Program in accordance with the requirements of the OECD in this topic. Aligned with our Code of Ethics, with the adoption of the aforementioned Program we intend to prevent all conduct related to transnational subornation or any corrupt practice, including inappropriate conducts that may be related to the members of the Organization and our stakeholders, both in national and international level.
